I have had the pleasure of knowing Marjory for over 10 years. When her company closed last year, I was able to have her take over my books (hurray for me!). She is detail-oriented, organized, and everything is always in perfect order. I have timely accurate reports, up to date balances, help with budgeting and confidence that everything is ship-shape and up to date.

Marjory is the lifeblood of JRI. She works extremely efficiently and diligently, always producing accurate and precise information when needed. She follows clearly defined systems and procedures of her own creation to keep the information consistent and accurate – and makes sure that everyone around her understands to follow the same. Her positive attitude, wonderful sense of humor, and joyful disposition are contagious and appreciated daily.

Marjory has been assisting my wife and I with our construction business for two months. Previously I relied on my wife for all aspects of running a construction company and I handled the day to day hands on work. In this time Marjory has given us both the confidence to “let go”. She has stepped in and taken the bull by the horns and I now rely on her to keep me on track.

Marjory began working for Capers Services in January of this year and she has been very helpful to me by organizing my books and helping in the transitioning process to a new bookkeeper. So far the information she has given me has helped me and my company with getting my payroll, done, reconciling my Quick book files and helping me lower my cost.

Her expertise covers many aspects of a business. A list of her skills and attributes would be very extensive. Marjory manages her time and prioritizes her efforts in a way that is beneficial and productive to our business. Her sense of loyalty and commitment is always a boost to the owners and staff.

All of the tasks Marjory performs for Cove Construction are done in an intelligent and professional manner. She has the ability to see the big picture when dealing with any circumstance. At the same time Marjory has a great sense of humor that we all appreciate and she knows when to use it and when not. She is a great asset to our company, for many reasons

After my first moments of talking to Marjory on the phone, I felt relieved and that everything would be ok. Due to her professionalism and organizational skills, it has been much better than OK . Marjory is truly a bookkeeping wizard!  I now know what my bottom line is, and I couldn’t have done this without her.  She has simplified my business life.

I depend on Marjory. She is very goal oriented. She makes sure all deadlines are met on time. She is keenly devoted to her work, and she handles herself even in stressful times with humor and grace which makes her a pleasure.
